well kaya din kme nagkaaso ng mdami dahil napasukan na kme dati nun bata pko.. bumabagyo pa non.. tinangay ung mountainbike ko!! huhuhu.. pati blades ko.. ayun after a week may dog nkme!

however, in the cover of darkness during unholy hours, it is difficult to gauge if a thief is armed or not. imho, the best move is to shoot the BG once he attempts to attack you. basta wag lang nakatalikod because it would no longer meet the 3 criterias for self defense namely:

1. unlawful aggression
2. reasonable necessity of the means employed to prevent or repel it
3. lack of sufficient provocation on the part of the person defending himself

regarding the concerns about shooting a home invader in self-defense...

...just make sure the intruder you blow away is armed...even if it is *ahem* after the fact. ;)

i would never vote to convict any person who acted to protect himself or his family against one of these bastards...

Marami kasi ngayong walang mga trabaho dito sa Metro Manila who are resorting to robberies, hold-ups, snatchings, etc. What we can do is to be very extra careful so we could not be victimized.

true dat. Pero usually trip trip lang nila then pag nahuli tsaka nila idadahilan ang kahirapan. kakainis. madami namang mahirap na nde nagreresort sa krimen kaya naiinis ako pag nakakarinig ako ng dahilan na ganun.

haha i remember the story of my ate's ex bf, may nahuli shang nagnanakaw sa backyard nila. Their dog did nothing kase super friendly pa nung dog (Labrador kase amp). Anyway, nabaril nya yung intruder, pero sa hita lang. Pag labas ng nanay nya pinagalitan daw sha tapos tinanong pa yung magnanakaw kung okay lang siya. Ahahahah Since lahat naman sila doctor sa pamilya ginamot nila bago ibigay sa pulis. haahaha natatawa lang ako kase pinagalitan sha sa harap nung magnanakaw bat daw nya binaril. Lolz bait kase nanay nun eh. comedy nga eh. hahaha
