What MMDA should do is to harness the power of the motorists frustrated with buses.

Any person can send pics or video of a bus doing crap to MMDA, MMDA then sends massive penalties to bus company based on bus identification. Pics or video should be evidence enough. Any bus that has tampered markings and plates, any MMDA can apprehend and will instantly be impounded. The civilian who reported will then be given a reward.

Of course, this will never happen because of the bus company lobby to the politicians and judges, the typical indiot mentality of "to-hell-with-everybody-else-but-me" and MMDA ants being slapped with money.

Also, abolish the LTFRB and make a new agency out of scratch with brand new people.
