Minor car incident - driver difficult to deal with, what to do?

Kunin mo na lang ung kaya niyan bayaran bro. Happen to us one time. sa Getz nung kaibigan ko. NAsagi kami ng L300 FB. Ayun may scratch ung getz. Siningil namin ng 1,500. Tapos nagpa gas kami sa may Petron sa SLEX check ult. Yun pala dumi lang. Pinaghatian namin ang 1,500

sa mindanao avenue lang yan, before the old sauyo road, sa left side sila if coming from congressional/trinoma. just before the pedestrian overpass before the underpass on quirino avenue. so the best way is to go under the quirino underpass, make a U-turn after the underpass, pass thru the underpass again then veer right. they are right after the pedestrian overpass ramp.

use google earth, find mindanao avenue and old sauyo road, max the resolution and they are beside the basketball court. this is the gps coordinates on google. >> 14.687481,121.031098

Kunin mo na ang P2.5K at ipagawa mo na lang sa isang shop ang gasgas....

I see this shop. Masubukan nga... up to now wala pa rin akong reliable na paint shop for those minor repairs.

pag suki ka na mura na singil. i just had the side mirrors on the sorento painted last month (unpainted kasi when i bought the covers with led repeaters), P1.5k lang singil sa akin.

yung sa GS, front bumper (when i had this accident at trinoma) only cost 2k, e 2-tone pa yun so 2 colors. kuhang-kuha pa ang kulay, has not faded after almost 1 year already.

Get the 2.5K and have it done outside a trusted talyer its not like hindi kayang gayahin sa labas ang pintura ng ride mo ....

Charge to experience good thing nobody got HURT whatever expense you shoulder you'll always make it back for sure

il take being in a talyer or casa waiting for my car to be done than being in a hospital being worked on or my loved ones being worked on 10 out of 10 times

Naku TS, huwag kang papayag ng ganya. I-demanda mo agad. Maghanap ka ng abogado na siyang makakasama sa proseso ng pagdedemanda sa kanya. Habang maaga mag-file ka na agad.

magkano gagastusin mo sa abugado on a per hearing basis?
magkano mawawala sa iyo pag nag absent ka o hindi ka naka trabaho dahil may hearing kayo?

magkano gagastusin mo kung ikaw na lang nagpa repaint ng oto?

TS, like what most of here have said, kunin mo na lang yung P2.5K. happened to me din nung nabundol rear bumper ko. ok naman kausap yung owner, we agreed na pagawa ko na lang sa suki kong talyer tas reimburse na lang nya nagastos ko. P2.5 din inabot, kasi yung buong bumper ang nirepaint para pantay ang kulay. Less than a day din lang din gawa.

kahit papano lesson learned na rin sa kanya yan, gumastos sya. less hassle pa on your part.

BTW, remember this, & sa lahat na rin...
