I don't think they violate the rule. MAPUA has its own standard and rules that will make them to follow or just quit schooling. The school is facing competition with other schools. kelngan i- maintain ang status nila O baka matalo na ng iba. tingnan niyo na lng ang mga nag top sa mga exams sa Engineering. Ganyan ang labanan ngayun.

Kawawa naman yan, another 4-8 years nanaman.

Tama ka kung in the same batch kaparin.
So yung curriculum na under sya matagal ng non existent.

Agree with niky, medyo complicated sya kasi iba yung course nya. kung Civil or mechanical yan baka pwede pa.
still remember my ECE instructor back then, "what we are studying now maybe obsolete by the time you graduate, but at least you know the basic and how did it evolved"

Hahaha!!! 2003 batch niya, which is 1 year younger sa batch ko (2002 kasi ako), so I guess may OT pa naman yan sila.

Reason is keeping up with the times. Ganun talaga sa college. Kawawa talaga yung mga paputol-putol yung aral.

My personal opinion is that there must be an expiration talaga because times really change and to be competitive nga naman, students must get the most current education possible. Now for the ideal expiration, I think 4 years is too short nga.

Maybe CHED could create an exemption for cases like this.
