It's a double standard. They won't apprehend jeepneys, tricycles and pedicabs because:
A. They regularly receive bribes from the drivers / operators / associations.
B. The bribes given are too small so they just want to focus on private car owners.
C. Traffic enforcers sometimes use the excuse that they don't want to inconvenience public transport commuters.

So ,the government should pass a memo to all car manufacturers to stop the production of all diesel fed cars,that way wala ng ha habulin mga ASBUwaya,hay life , ano ba proteksyon ng mga private car owners sa harassment nitong mga ASBUwaya?pwede kayang ipakita yun records ng PMS ng oto na we're compliant with clean air act?
