Please read again, ain't no rule for printing your Business ADDRESS on the head or the van, only the Business NAME required. Bringing Official Receipt/Sales Invoice/Delivery Receipt for cargo is not required by LTO rules. Placing the "how's my driving?" in private trucks ain't there also. So, are they just doing their job or are they OVER doing their job? Ok, lang gampanan nila yung trabaho nila, but not to over do it. They are abusing the stupidity este pagkainosente nung mga drivers.
Ang nkkbadtrip talaga dito is bawat bayan ganun gagawin nila sayo. Sabihin na natin na walang makitang violation but every inspection takes about 15-30mins. sa next na bayan ganito nanaman, Delayed ang delivery. Suppliers from manila due to this, refuse to deliver here anymore.
If Yes, then your very lucky. Sana ganyan din kami kaswerte. If not, sa north lang po yung bawat bayan may naka posteng LTO. We have trucks in Southern Tagalog region, di nila naeexperience yung ganito.

Just ship your goods via a 3rd party delivery service (like Air21).

chris20, i'm based here in Tarlac. yes, almost everyday nasa daan yang mga LTO deputies, but they only stay in one place at a time. hindi naman po every bayan meron. sa pagkakaalam ko, 2 groups sila dito sa tarlac province, and hindi naman sila nagsasabay sa deployment. yung sa mabalacat, pampanga LTO na yun, so maaaring madaanan ng truck mo yung sa mabalacat, then matiempuhan ulit itong sa tarlac.
nahuhuli din mga trucks namin, pero most of the time i contest it. and lately, hindi pa naman nahuhuli ulit. yung mga kinontest ko na apprehensions, one of which is colorum daw yung delivery truck namin dahil iba yung registered owner dun sa CR and iba din yung nakaprint na business name sa truck. i just presented them our SEC documents showing that the name registered in the CR is a shareholder of the company. ayun, balik agad yung plaka.
yung ibang apprehensions, like busted tail lights, i just paid the fine.

ang problema din pala ng mga LTO deputies na ito, some of them hindi masyadong bihasa sa mga vehicle violations. mukhang hindi nakikinig or nakikipagkwentuhan siguro during their seminar (before being deputized, they have to undergo a seminar first). kung pipilitin lang ng driver na wala syang violation, the apprehending deputy will call on their team leader, which will assess the violation. kung nakita naman nyang mali ang pagkaka cite ng violation, papaalisin naman yung truck.

There was a time talaga na sabaysabay talaga kasi sila. Araw-araw kami bumibyahe. Meron sa Mabalacat, Bamban, Capas. Sa Nueva Ecija meron din.. Malapit ata sa Gapan. Sawa na kami sa huli, but so far wala nman baklas plaka. By the way san kayo sa Tarlac? Ano Biz nyo?

ang hinuhuli lang naman ng mga LTO deputies na yan is yung mga none traffic related violations. so to avoid being apprehended, just bring all pertinent documents including delivery receipts/invoices. and make sure that all the required markings are present (business name, 'not for hire', capacity, etc.), all the lights are functioning, seatbelts are present, the windshield is not broken, etc.
somehow, this racket of the LTO will make our roads a little safer as we, the vehicle owners, will pay more attention to the road worthiness of our vehicles because we don't want to get penalized every so often.

They are only delaying things. Deal namin ng driver is kapag violation ng truck namin, kami ang sasagot, kung kasalanan nya like hindi sya nagseatbelt, sagot nya yun.

same here, if the driver is caught violating traffic rules like parking in no parking zones, counterflowing, not wearing seatbelts, etc., they will shoulder the fine. if they were apprehended because one of the lights is busted, etc., then we will pay the fine.

Good read. Lucky our trucks don't take that road. NLEX all the way. Kahit in good condition mga trucks namin di namin pinapasabak sa bwisit na daang yan. Eto talaga iniiwasan namin pag nabiyahe eh. Kotongeros.
Being apprehended for an obvious violation is good to the point that it would present the driver's fault but apprehending to intentionally look for a possible violation is way overboard IMO.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
