Libing-not once, but twice

just wanted to share a not so nice experience with Our lady of eternal peace memorial park in san jose del monte bulacan a week ago.....

namatay yung tito (uncle, amain) namin less than two weeks ago, since dun sa memorial park na yun sila nakabili ng lote, kung saan ang erpat ko ay dun din nakalibing, nagpunta yung pinsan ko para mag inform na may ililibing dun sa lote na binili nila, so, ang normal na proseso, bayad, hingi ng burial permit, etc.

fast forward sa araw ng libing, yung tito ko ay 6 feet under na, ilan na lang kami sa memorial park, nang magsalita yung pinsan ko na parang mali yung lugar na pinaglibingan ng tatay nya, kasi sabi nya, ang natatanddan nya ay malapit yung sa may walkway, so, ang ginawa niya, pumunta siya sa admin and nag verify. tama nga ang hinala nya, mali ang hinukay na lote nung operator ng memorial park

thursday inilibing yung tito ko, at inilibing uli sya two days after, dun sa tamang lugar na dapat nya paglagyan.

hindi na eh. sa palagay ko, hindi na talaga masyadong mabibigyan ng pansin yun sa ganong sitwasyon. di rin kasi aakalain na ganun mangyayari, ilang relatives na din namin nakalibing dun, wala naman nagiging problema.

yup, but when he had our own burial just recently, siyempre inayos yun space kung saan nilibang, I mean naglagay ng tents, chairs, saka yun parang carpert para hinde na grass nakatapat yun mga tao while hearing the last ceremony and meron din altar...then yun machine para ibaba yun casket sa undeground...then nakahukay na rin etc...

don't get me wrong 'coz I feel for your family for the hassle that you need to go through but meron din pagkukulan sa cousin mo, for not really paying attention for the details...just being objective...

anyway, condelences to you

ang proseso kasi ng burial is, inform the memorial park then pay the necessary fee okay na, hindi na trabaho ng pamilya na i-check kung tama ang hinukay or pasyalan pa etc. also the arrangement of tents and carpet is already included sa binayaran and if ever napansin ng relatives during the day of the burial na mali ang lote. hindi rin kaagad agad mahuhukay yung tamang lote on that same day.

kesa ma postpone ang libing mas mabuti na ring mailibing that day kahit temporary then lipat na lang when the appropirate burial ground becomes ready. then make a formal complaint for the hassle and inconvenience esp for the dead relative. dapat dun ma refund.

yup, all the service in included na, but kailagan din sa part ng family tingnan kung maayos ba pagkagawa etc...

that is precisely and gusto mong iwasan na magkamali ng hukay or any hassle for that matter during the last rite kaya dapat meron effort sa family na i-check kung tama ba lahat ng ginawa ng memorial park

I mean for us, hinde mismo kami (family members) ang mismong pumunta pa but nagpapunta kami ng tao, I think it was the driver with some employees to check kung tama ba lahat ng arrangement na ginawa, then we just make sure na nasunod yun instructions namin.. and we just communicated thru cphone.
