wow so tinago pala nila talaga. since abandoned warehouse na, and sa septic tank pa, pag hindi sinabi ng suspect, baka hindi na mahanap yan.

Pag rush hour, doon din ako dumadaan kasi maraming kotse.

OT: I think the New Manila area was a hot spot for carjacking along with the "Scout" area kaya may checkpoints dun.

Nandun ang police for crowd control. May babae na lumabas ng town house to take pictures of the fire fight.

Yung pulis sa isang pulis: "Yaman pala niyan (or something to that effect). Kunin mo number baka mapakinabangan natin..."

At ayun, lumapit yung isang pulis. Ewan ko na kung ano nangyari but you guys get my point.

    Grabe.

After some time, medyo nawala yung fuss. Akala ko ok na. Tapos nabalitaan ko, pinatay pala. Kawawa naman. Graduating pa naman si (son) ng highschool. Scheduled sometime 2nd-3rd week of March graduation niya.

Grabe, problema mga pulis pa talaga, wala kasi sila dignidad e, their salaries should be increased to at least give them dignity and not resort to criminal activity just to try to earn money. Pero meron talaga mga masasamang tao who just got drunk with power because they have a gun, plus the fact that generals themselves engage in criminal activity.

Each day of my life in the Philippines make me lose my faith in the Filipino people little by little. We have some good people but the bad ones outnumber them no matter what.

salaries be increased? hmm.. di ba dapat kaya sila nag pulis dahil gusto mo tumulong sa tao. to serve and protect.. di un salary ang hinahanap? kung ganyan ang iniisip nila di magandang mag-pulis ang taong ito.. dahil ang iniisip lang ay magkapera...since meron na power he will just find a way to make most of it at di na mag lingkod sa tao and outcome is ang mga ganitong tao so why increase the salary..

alam mo sir magkano na ang sahod ng PO1 ngayon and say to increase the salary? at alam mo din ba ang mga ginagawa nila ngayon for them to have an increase of salary? sa tingin mo po sa pag increase ng salary will stop them to do such?

I don't know how much their salary is, but from my experience, parang maliit lang e.

My uncle's a retired SPO4, and when he was still working, I remember he had to supplement his salary with a side job. More specifically, he drove an FX when he's off-duty.

    Naaawa nga kami e.

There was a thread here in tsikot dati which claimed that just to pass their subjects and graduate, kailangan daw nilang magbigay ng "padulas" sa mga professors nila. The poster also claimed that once they graduate, syempre ang habol agad ng ibang officers ay mabalik ang puhunan nila kaagad, kaya marami daw baluktot na pulis. I don't know if it's true, but it's an interesting info.
