+1 dito.

Super fast stoplight with traffic overflowing onto the Daang-Hari pag busy times.

Sana nga may timer nalang or may pulis para atleast kapag jampacked na yung isang road pwede niya ipa-GO anytime and kahit gaano katagal ( will depend obviously on his preference which will rely most likely on the traffic situation of a certain road that the TE is handling ).

AND ! Pwede mo pa siya kulitin by honking your horn repeatedly ... That's not an offense naman diba ?

Sometimes slow reacting drivers also worsen the problem.
IMHO people here in Manila don't react that quickly when the light turns green, and you also get the stubborn PUVs and tricycles that lurch across an intersection slowly scouring for passengers.
It's funny when I visited my family in the States its the complete opposite, when the light turns green every body; even that old Lady in a Minivan turns into a Nascar driver at the Lights.

Kailangan natin ng intelligent traffic lights, those that adjust to the current traffic conditions. Hindi iyong fixed stop/go timers..... And more importantly, hindi mga pasaway na mga drivers...
