    I don't really buy anything from Hans. The True Value next door will usually have the same stuff at better prices.

    I guess they do deserve a second chance.

    you guys have to forgive na lang those kinds of people. baka hindi nila alam ibig sabihin ng canvassing. lack of education lang siguro. kunin mo na lang yung chainsaw nila dun at magwala ka!

    The way I deal with rude employee is to stop talking to him, treat them they're only mindless drones not capable of comprehension, and then ask for the manager.

    Very effective. When you try to reason with the drones kasi complete waste of time lang. Utak nila hindi talaga kaya yung explanation mo and you don't want to waste your time trying to explain. Sa manager ka na magcomplain. Pagalitan mo yung manager sa harap ng staff niya. Yung manager naman, papasa niya ang galit sa emplayado. Sira na kasi ang araw niya eh. Pagdating ng evaluation, yari siya.

    Pano kung kupal din ang manager? I've met some na ganyan. Kahit mali ng employee nila, kinakampihan pa.
