Yes, whenever I see a 25MPH sign, pag napapagawi ako riyan, I really slow down, even when downhill....

yung downhill ang nag pa pick up ng speed ng car. i pressed the brakes moderately, as i did not want to ride the brakes. i went from 20 to 35/36, so i pressed the breaks to slow down. doon nya ako nakita, so he may have concluded based from his assumption that i was probably going more than 35/36, but only clocked me at 35/36.
