ORIENTAL INSURANCE SUCKS BIG TIME!!!
Yang office ba ng ORIENTAL along Kalaw street near doctors hospital??
WBR,

In your case, you should pursue your claim against the owner of the truck since the insurance company is already delaying your claim and has no intention of paying your claim - per your story. The truck owner should be the one pressing the insurance company to pay your repair costs, since they are the insured.
If no positive actions yet, here are your options:
1. File a complaint against the truck owner and driver in court.
2. File a complaint against the insurance company in Insurance Commission.
Meantime, if you have the means to shoulder the repair costs, have your car repaired first.
dude madalas kong makita yang white XUV mo. just last week sa Yeelow cab macapagal. The damage is much worst than the photo.
Normally adjusters tend to be bias. Always favoring the insurance company. On the gray area may cut kasi iyan for a succesful TXN. Adjsuters in reality are ther to make the cost of repair go down. Always in favor of Insurance company.
Totoo iyan! Remeber insurance company in the end is all about profit not charity. Originally Posted by nicolodeon

thanks for the help bro. we filed a lawsuit na sa truck owner. now planning to file a complaint on the insurance...
Ah, one of the classic tricks of some insurance companies. As for the hirng of another insurance, it might mean that they re-insured the risk, which at times happen for a motor vehicle coverage. if the vehicle is reinsured, then maybe the reinsurer does not want to pay. Now if the reinsurer does not want to pay, bet yer b...ls that the insurance company would try all the tricks for them to either not to pay, not pay in full or delay until they can sum up sufficient funds to pay off a claim. However, not all insurance companies are like this.Originally Posted by baurtwellXUV

need help!!!! we got the same problem......... nbangga kmi ng isang company car, nag kausap kmi and stating ayusin nlng ang sira o byran kmi pra maayos n lhat but they refer us s knilang insurance which is ORIENTAL INSURANCE din pero ang lumalabas kmi p ang kailangan sumunod s insurance instead n kmi ang sundin nila this really sucks hope someone can help.........
Got same experience, but right now its BPIMS. One month na yung third party claim up to now wala pa ring update.
1. ano na pong nangyari with the original topic - sorry, medyo na-lost ako sa takbo ng discussion - what what the final result?
2. MERON PO BANG MAY ISSUE WITH FEDERAL PHOENIX...? Please contact me - I want to learn more about it before sharing my experience.
Thanks!
