got a bad experience from the insurance!!!

pahila mo yun truck nun bumangga sayo or bayaran nila damages. Pero yun insurance company ireport mo na agad o kaya isumbong mo kay tulfo para mapahiya yun insurance na yun in public tv. Laki damages nun kung na tv pa sila

thanks for the help bro. we filed a lawsuit na sa truck owner. now planning to file a complaint on the insurance...

laki kasi ng damage bro eh.. deadly sa gastos...

Ah, one of the classic tricks of some insurance companies. As for the hirng of another insurance, it might mean that they re-insured the risk, which at times happen for a motor vehicle coverage. if the vehicle is reinsured, then maybe the reinsurer does not want to pay. Now if the reinsurer does not want to pay, bet yer b...ls that the insurance company would try all the tricks for them to either not to pay, not pay in full or delay until they can sum up sufficient funds to pay off a claim. However, not all insurance companies are like this.

need help!!!! we got the same problem......... nbangga kmi ng isang company car, nag kausap kmi and stating ayusin nlng ang sira o byran kmi pra maayos n lhat but they refer us s knilang insurance which is ORIENTAL INSURANCE din pero ang lumalabas kmi p ang kailangan sumunod s insurance instead n kmi ang sundin nila this really sucks hope someone can help.........

Got same experience, but right now its BPIMS. One month na yung third party claim up to now wala pa ring update. Nagpa-followup na ako, walang update sa kanila. Ang balik lang lagi sa akin nasa adjuster na raw. Julie Perez yung naghahandle ng claim. Yung truck na nakabangga sa amin ang insured sa kanila. Two weeks pa lang yung Toyota Vios ko.

Kala ko mabilis lang kasi BPI MS yung insurance mali pala ako.
