Ang pangit ng rewards program ng globe. I had to cut my eoc plan and get a new one just to avail the handset na gusto ko. Pagrecontract ka wala daw available na unit at di alam kelan magkakaroon, tapos pagdaan ko sa mall may stock sila para sa new applicants.

Bro, AFAIK, kapag EOC ka, pwede naman for recontract yan, Same din yan with new application... Yung units dapat marunong ka lang kumausap sa CS. Based on my experience, mas maganda pumunta sa store kesa tumawag. Sabi sa rewards hotline na wala daw avail na unit (note 2) . Nung pumunta ako sa globe store (greenbelt 5 ata yun) that day, merong available unit, namili pa ako ng kulay... Basta pagdating mo store, check mo kung may available unit, pag meron, pareserve mo na...

sobrang hassle i know the feeling, though not from globe. pero the frustration of wanting your unit to be replaced is really not a lovely feeling. i think apple is answerable. that's why there's always an investigation on their side. if they cannot figure or repair the phone proble, they will replace it immediately. mine was from smart. they say it's under warranty, in any time a problem arise, they will replace it with no question. I just hope it's true![]()
