So far 3 kami globe users ok naman mga unit na nakuha namin.

Ito nangyari kahapon bumili dad ko ng iphone 5 nagaantay kami maactivate yung sim kaso hindi naactivate pumunta dad ko sa globe sabi tawagan yung 730-12-88 na number hanggang ngayon wala pa din.
Napansin ko lang dati mabilis mag activate ang sim magantay ka lang ng buong araw at maactivate na sa gabi yung sim mo ngayon hindi na ganun tatawag ka pa sa 730-12-88.

new line ba yan or existing line and phone upgrade lang? sa Globe kasi ngayon pag phone upgrade.. yung activation nang sim card nila sa cut off pa.. para daw hindi magulo yung billing records.. well yun ang sabi sa akin nung nag upgrade ako nang phone.. from blackberry to samsung.. took them 2 weeks bago ma activate yung sim.. Sept. 8 ko nakuha yung phone w/ sim card.. pero Sept. 21 pa na activate kasi cutoff ko every 20th of the month..

Dad ko na-late ng payment ng two months dahil laging out of town. So nung nakatyempo binayaran nya buong outstanding amount sa Globe branch mismo with matching resibo. A week after tinawagan daw sya na i-settle na daw ang balance. Sabi nya bayad na bakit di pa reflected? Check daw nila. A week after tawag uli iteterminate na daw for non-payment Nanggigigil si erpat "sige terminate nyo kaso aabutin nyo." Sure panalo kami sa kaso kung sakali. Then terminate afterwards

depende din yata yan sa credit limit.. hanggang kaya nung credit limit mo.. hindi puputulin yung line..

Eh ako nga since ginamit ko itong 2 fone ko ni minsan hindi ko pa binayaran yung monthly bill since 2007. Pag na redirect nga account ko ako pa galit na tumatawag sa CSR nila and after 10 minutes active na agad ulit.
