I think he was driving a bit fast. When I started to look a the group of cars up ahead, I would lift the throttle na and start to slow down but I guess he kept on going. Then again, you wouldn't be expecting this on the skyway.

It's a Mazda2, not a Fiesta.
And the counterflowing car was an Altis.
Closing speed was well above 100 km/h. The counterflowing driver was speeding.

Dapat na talaga i-reform ang traffic laws. Reckless endangerment should be a non-bailable offense pending investigation and filing of official charges.
