    naalala ko tuloy itong sasakyan ko encumbered sa cr pero fully paid na sya. ako na sumalo, tinamad nako maglakad.

    problema ata to. naalala ko di ko pa nga pala napalipat yung CR. may encumbered pa rin pero nalakad ko na yung chattel di ko pa naayos sa registry of deeds at LTO. tapos di maalala ni misis san nilagay yung release paper na binigay ng RCBC.

    1. May magiging problema ba pag di ko napatanggal yung "encumbered"
    2. Makakahindgi kaya ako ulit ng kopya ng release ng chattel?

    Pwede ka humingi ng document ulit from RCBC na released na yung chattel i guess. They may require a notarized affidavit. Give the bank a call...

    you will need the bank letter to cancel chattel.. the bank might not entertain you as you are not the previous owner.. better ask the previous owner to ask the bank to give another letter..

    hindi sila tumatanggap nang Authorization Letter need yung talagang nakapangalan. Nangyari na sa amin eto sa East West bank.

    nagpunta ako sa Registry of Deeds ng Caloocan, nagulat ako sa babayaran ko na 918php. may nakalagay sa breakdown ng babayran na REGISTRATION FEE: 800+ (di ko matandaan exactly). nagtanong ako san nakuha yung ganun na babayaran, 5% daw ng inutang sa banko eh mukang maliit naman.

    sa expereince nyo magkano total na binayaran nyo sa pag release ng chattel?

    depende nga yang babayaran sa amount na inutang.. the bigger the amount, the bigger the fee..
