Yung O, I, at Q, mga special request yan. Either malakas sa LTO or malaki binayad. Kaya it's really possible for LTO to issue BOY 888 more than once, and in this case, ONE 234.
I remember WTG 888 once attached to a Land Cruiser, but after a few months I saw WTG 888 in another vehicle. Gray market dealer yata yung may ari.

August 2nd, 2004 03:05 PM #12hmmm...pero ndi pwede na iisa lang ang may ari since yung isang plate ay rizal....at isa ay yung white and green (the old plate).....kun yung dalawang car ay old plates ang ginagamit malamang isa lang ang may ari...
conclusion is LTO issued 2 same plate numbers but different owners..! ayos!

check if the one with the rizal plates has a "D" mark on its side.. if so. then it is probably a duplicate copy.. and there is a possibility that the owner requested for a duplicate (usual reason would be dilapidated plates or lost plate) then simply kept the old plate for "ANTI-CODING" reason.

August 2nd, 2004 05:20 PM #14A friend of mine was in a different situation.
His old car that was bought new, was registered with 2 owners.
LTO records showed that the same plate #, chassis & engine # had 2 owners.
