    You forgot to mention the following:

    Your taxes go to printing tarps that bear the politicians' names and faces, and a small message saying "congratulations to the graduating batch of 2010, etc."
    Your taxes go to paying for the SUVs and wangwangs that bully their way through the streets.
    Your taxes go to paying for those monograms of mayors that are splattered on every fence and pedestrian overpass (e.g. (e) -- pasig, SB -- Q.C., β -- makati, BF -- everywhere).
    Whatever is left after the above, yon yung ginagamit for us. Kaya ayan, pangit yung infrastructure at basic services.

    at yun ang nakakabwisit. ok lang yun tax kung talagang ginagamit sa dapat paggamitan at hindi pinakikinabangan ng iilang tao lang....
