    Ang DMCI condos, may lockable posts sa parking slots. Yung pwedeng paradahan eh yung slots lang na naka baba ang post

    Not wise to make a move like that after you've made yourself known. Ikaw ang nag-file ng complaint so ikaw lang ang suspect at wala nang iba pa. Don't you think for 1 minute na hindi ka gagantihan. And since your identity is known you open yourself to a lawsuit. Worst, kung may dashcam na naka-on 24/7sa loob ng car (mine is on 24/7, power socket is powered even if the key is off) then huli ka na agad, not to mention cctv in the building. Kung gagawa ka dapat planado, yung hindi maico-connect sa iyo.

    Same thing that happened to me in my condo. Nung pinapa-renovate ko yung unit, hindi muna ako dun umuuwi so nagagamit ko lang yung parking slot ko every time I visit to check the construction progress. Natyempuhan ko minsan na may naka-park na Fortuner sa pwesto ko and when I asked the guard on duty, sabi niya halos araw-araw yun andoon sa slot ko so akala niya sa may-ari nung parking slot yung sasakyan. I told him to look for the owner and move the vehicle within one hour, else ipapa-tow ko. Tinanggal naman yung sasakyan that time. Pati yung guard tinanggal na rin kasi may iba pang mga nagreklamo na pinapagamit din yung slots nila.

    nun asa africa pa ako, ganyan din problem namin sa opis, ung reserve parking namin pinapagamit ng mga guard sa bisita ng ibang office, so ginawa namin nilagyan naman ng mga plate number ng cars kung kanino naka reserve ung slot,

    nun meron pa din nag park, at kaya pa naman sa space, inipit namin (ung mga cars namin ipi nark sa likod at side nya, tapos ng gusto na umalis ng naki park pinag antay namin hanga 6pm, sinabi lan namin asa meeting ung me ari ng slot.

    pag hindi naman namin pwede i box, tinatangalan namin ng hangin ang gulong.

    Oo nga, bat di lagyan nung tulad sa ibang reserve Parking lot. Yung may yero na sign then tubo na nakakabit at bilog na semento as paa/pabigat. I harang mo sa Parking lot.

    Have the personnel in charge of parking purchase and use tire immobilizer on the offending car. This way, the offender does not take vengeance on yours

    ^Common practice naman yan sa LCM. The L300 and Range rover did not inconvenience any car naman, yung ibang auto nga hindi nagsasampa.
