now it makes me wonder, 1 time na muntik mabangga eh i would say luck, but she did it 3 consecutive time. skilled ba talaga yung lady driver na yun? or maybe a sensor helped her? ganun ba talaga kaeffective ang sensor?
oo bro, ganun kaeffective ang sensors.....

    REMINDER THIS HOLIDAY SEASON:

Kung magpapa-party kayo or a-attend ng party at kailangan mag-street parking, please inform or check with the owner of the house na kung saan eh tapat nila yung paparadahan ninyo. This is just a common-sense courtesy sa kapwa ninyo. Do not assume na porke't kalye yun eh pwede ninyo nang basta-basta paradahan.

Every year, nagiging irritation ko to as some of my inconsiderate neighbors let their guests park in front of our house without informing us. Sometimes, walang nagrerespond pa pag pinatatanggal ko so I had to call the village security pa.

Just consider that the residents are entitled to a hassle-free access to their property and that an unknown vehicle parked in front of a house is a reason for worry regarding security.

Just love the way the middle-aged lady driver parks her CR-V in the slot left of mine at the condo.

It'll pass the "parking between the lines" requirement most of the time, but it's most of the time diagonal within the lines. Oh well.

But then, what gets my goat is that there are still a lot of times that she's on the line dividing our slots. Fine for her, since her driver's door is free from the car to her left, but a b1tch for me since she's getting my driver's door space. And I'm the one with the bigger Prado or Starex . Grrr!

Had to call security's attention to it a few times. Tsk tsk! Member of the Board of Directors pa naman ng building.

A lot of people in this country do not deserve driving licenses. Whether they be rich or poor.

If your going to park on the street (assuming it is allowed), I do not think it is a requirement to ask permission from the house in front of your intended parking space. Just don't impede the flow of traffic and don't ever block the driveway of others.

+1 yung iba kasi basta maka park lang at makita na may "space" pa yung driveway e ok na. They don't think about if the owner of that driveway will have problems getting their car in or out.

That's my problem in our place. My neighbors occasionally block our driveway (parked on the other side of the street). However, since our street is a bit narrow, it is very hard for me to park or to go out of our garage. So, I call their attention and they move their ride,- but the inconvenience is already there....(and sometimes the patience if they're doing it that often)....

Don't you just love those people who park stupidly?
