Yes, kaya namang makalabas... pero hindi sana nahirapan yung Altis driver (who's a an elderly man, btw) kung nagpakatino ang Hilux driver at inayos ang parada nya. He just drove there and parked right away... parang wala talagang pakialam.

but how many enforcers, will dare accost him?
also, i wonder, if he is indeed a lawyer? i doubt it. real ones, at least in my profession, don't advertise that brazenly. pag sinita kami, nasa ID naman.

ang dapat manita diyan, kung low-yer nga yan, ay ang supreme court, para wala nang palag. not to give him a ticket, but to suspend him from the practise.

it may be an affront to somebody else sensibilities, but i don't think mere using of a vanity plate is a ground for suspension.

That's not an LTO vanity plate.. commemorative plate lang yan.. and afaik wala nang approved commemorative plates ngayon..
