but it is also a good move, to make oneself more visible during sub-optimal driving conditions like inclement weather.
but i agree. having your headlights on won't do a whelp of help, if the other driver refuses to use his rearview mirror.

Maraming naka dark tints na windshield. Pag umulan sometimes the drivers have a hard time seeing.
