Mirage responsible for the accident. Veloster wrong for other things.

Happened today around 4:45pm along Mindanao ave QC. Traffic altercation between Mirage and Hi Ace van that ended up in a minor accident. Who's at fault here?

Correct, kasalanan nung sa veloster, pero ang magbabayad si mirage. It sucks pero ganun ang tadhana.

Same here, kasalanan nung hiace, pero pagdating ng imbestigador, ang ididiin ay si mirage, lalo na kung wala dashcam as evidence

Allergic ako dyan sa mga hiace na puti. Kadalasan yan yung mga kolorum na van na may mga radyo.

Mayayabang drivers. Not all pero most na naka kasabay ko sa daan.

Well, the fact na kolorum sila, pati radyo walang license, wala talaga ako aasahan sa mga yan.

From the video above obvious na yung hiace ang nag instigate at nang gitgit. Di ko lang sure kung yung una na incident eh pininahan lang yung kotse o dumikit talaga. Sobrang inis siguro nung driver ng kotse kaya binangga after.

Ppwede. Kaso if you think about it, if the veloster stopped due to some other reason (kid crossing the road) and he was hit after, it's still the mirage who wasn't able to stop in time.

Hiace vs. Mirage - Hiace still did something wrong but mirage tailgated and wasn't able to stop in time. Fault of Mirage.

Yung alanganin driving ng Veloster and Hiace - while they were not the direct cause of the accidents, still put themselves at risk of getting hit (which they did).

EDIT: Di ko na napansin yung gitgitan nila. Can't tell if may nagsagian before the mirage hit the hiace rear

Yun din hinala namin, may altercation na nangyari bago pa nung nakuhanan ng dashcam sa harap ng kotse namin. Hindi ko na naisama sa video post yung nagkatapat sila side by side sa lane. Nung umandar na sila ayun ginitgit na nung HiAce yung Mirage hanggang sa sinagi na nung HiAce yung right side mirror ng mirage.

Naka tupi na yung right side mirror nung mirage.
Pero most likely may dent din yung hiace sa side dahil sa tama.

Sino mali? Hiace. Tatakbuhan nya yung mirage eh.

It depends. Hindi ko masyado makita eh kung tumama van sa mirage after mag-swerve eh.

If nasagi ng hiace ang mirage tapos hit and run sana kaya hinabol ni mirage. Si van ang magbabayad lahat. Pwede kasi sabihin ni mirage na hahabulin niya kasi hit and run nga.

Pero if hindi nasagi si mirage at uminit lang ulo kaya hinabol si van, yari si mirage. Negliigent na siya. Since hindi naman siya nasagi, patawarin niya na lang sana.
