Ano difference ng failure to carry a license sa driving w/out license?

From LTO Mga violations ng driver:
1. No seatbelt
2. Defective tail lights (kaya pinapatapakan sa kanya preno nya)
3. ADDA
4. Failure to carry DL kahit resibo (since nung una sinasabi nya na hindi nya dala yung binigay na bagong resibo ng LTO)
What he initially gave the LTO enforcer was an expired DL and receipt. So, sinulat na ng enforcer. You will hear in the video na sinabi nya na hindi nya dala yung bago.
Then, at some point, siguro nahanap nya yung bagong resibo sa bag nya, tsaka sya nagstart mag-video.

September 3rd, 2018 11:07 PM #1366Like I said in a previous post, we've gotten too accustomed to the "modus" of the corrupt (trumped up violations, abuse of authority, apprehension for extortion, etc.). Kaya tuloy even if legitimate apprehension by the straight ones, nobody takes them seriously.

Admit it or not, for most of us, the first thing that comes to mind when you see an enforcer or policeman is "peperahan lang ako nito..." or something similar. Kaya nga "buwaya" ang tawag sa kanila.
They really have lot to do to earn back the respect of the public.

Mmda is a redundant agency anyway.

September 4th, 2018 01:10 AM #1370Magkaiba yung dalawa Sir.
Driving without license eh wala kang lisensya sa record ng LTO or expired na. Wala ka nang "privilege" to drive. Remember driving in our country is a privilege. Not a right.
Yung failure to carry a license ay meron kang valid and unexpired license pero while driving at nahuli ka, hindi mo dala yung physical driver's license mo. Either naiwan sa bahay, nasa kapitbahay, nawala, or whatever. You still have the license to drive.
