October 19th, 2006 09:17 PM #13I remember a few years back, I was driving an L-300FB along C. M. Recto Ave near Benavidez st.(heading towards Morayta) and was about to turn left on T. Alonzo. A maroon civic with plate #TRD-??? (forgot na) almost collided with me at the intersection. (he was trying to illegally cross) I waited for him to move so that I could continue but he just remained where he stopped (I think it took 2 to 3 minutes) other cars were honking there horns at him but still he wouldn't move. I am 100% sure that I was in the right so I stood my ground and shut off my engine in preparation for a long wait, just then a friend of mine called me up via cellphone to ask about evening plans and the civic driver stepped down and approached my door, I rolled down the window and he started to berate me, saying that he wasn't afraid of anyone I was calling, that even if my friends were here he won't be scared of them... duh??? My caller heard this guy ranting and asked what's his problem,... to make a long story short, the guy gave me a lecture that I should give way to people like him and maybe I'll live longer. Wow!

Last night we were traversing Aurora Blvd. towards Marcos Highway, papunta na kami sa Marikina Bridge. I was too busy braking to even blare my horn, as I would usually do under such circumstances.
Puwede i try, 1. Palit air filter 2. Linis throttle body 3. Linis MAF sensor 4. Check spark...
high idle RPM at engine start
