He can figure out what he did wrong while spending time behind bars. I hope he won't just recieve a slap in the wrist because of his "status"...

still waiting also for the guy who took the video, allegedly Apacible damaged his car and also saw na Apacible beating another driver.

    Siya lang ba pwede magkaso?

Tutok si James Deakin who is an advocate against DUI

also Topgear, can't they file any criminal case against this animal

and any applicable case for the police officers in the scene.

Ateneo should have just disowned him and turned him over to the authorities. What's the game suspension for? He committed a misdemeanor as a private citizen on a public street, not as a player on the hardcourt.

I'd hate to run into self-entitled goons like this one on the road that's why I'd like to see justice served. For every one of his kind na makakalusot, lalong lalakas ang loob ng mga gago sa kalsada.

Let's see how the discernment goes.

Natawa lang ako sa comments na nagtatanong kung sino yung Apacible sa dalawang tao dun sa file photo na ginagamit.
This incident is not about basketball. While their athletics department can give sanctions, I think the responsibility of determining the sanction rests more higher authorities of the school.

i won't be surprised if apacible will be out of loyola heights by next year. the faculty will clamp down on his case and he won't get any little consideration he may ask for. kaya if he's doing ok academically right now, paniguradong kayod marino siya sa mga dadating ng panahon

kung si mvp nga pinatos twice ng faculty publicly at napa-disengage sa ateneo community, ito pa kayang si apacible na sure ball hindi papalampasin ng mga academically inclined sa campus

What status does he has, a scumbag, someone pretending to be of authority?

The school should kick him out, plain and simple. The school should not tolerate such an act of their student specially outside the campus where the general public is an eyewitness. If they simply reprimand or suspend , then the same thing happens again, the school will take the biggest blame. This is a simple case of an institution vs an idiot. The idiot can bring down the school reputation of high christian values & standard.

The team manager just did a damage control by simply taking him out on the elimination & practice. So meaning, pag pasok sa final 4 and/or championship pwede na maglaro ang sira ulo.

And, young as he is, he's apparently old enough to get drunk and raise hell in public. Bata at misguided perhaps, but his actions are hurting other people. What kind of example is the school setting if they just give a slap on the wrist?
Dalawang side kasi yan. The school's side & the Gov'ts side. The school is doing their duty by enforcing the mandatory disciplinary action on the kid because the school has a responsibility to the public, after all, the kid is an athlete playing for the school & his actions outside reflects on the school. They are doing their part. On the other hand, it is up to the gov't to impose their necessary sanctions on the kid by breaking the law. Di pa ata nila ginagawa yun.
