Yup he actually said it himself. And based on this:

Nahuli na rin ako dahil sa ganyang reasoning ng TE. Sabi ko lumipat ako ng lane sa broken line. Kung may nabangga ako o binangga ako, problema ko na yun. Sabi ko sa kanya aralin nya muna ang pinapatupad nya bago sya manghuli. Pinaalis naman ako after ko sya ma lecturan.
