October 1st, 2015 12:15 PM #394cab has the authority, but i'm not sure if it has the will to do it. the most was that it had done was to impose P52M fine against cebu pacific when the latter canceled 20 flights and delayed 288 flights at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 from Dec. 24 to Dec. 26, 2014.

Same here. For my local and short regional flights i take them when i get a good fare (i fly a mix of Air Asia and Cebu Pacific). I know what to expect and i adjust accordingly. I also make sure my schedule on my flight dates are flexible. On delayed flights, they don't stand out in my case since i also experience delays with PAL and Air Asia (since delayed flights in a lot of cases are attributed to the terrible Manila Airport congestion).

I don't fly as often as i used to but the last time i flew CP i felt cramped on the seats and felt awkward as the flight stewardess came offering snacks which you have to pay on board. Nagsusuklian kayo nang pera while flying. Sobrang budget talaga. Naiilang ako. Ganun din ba sa ibang airlines? o sa CP lang? Dati kasi hindi ganun e. Naninibago ako.

It is repairable. But as oj88 mentioned, it is messy (when repaired) and best used as a last resort.
