Dear NAIA and Cebu Pacific,
I'm showing everyone what kind of service you are giving. It's more fun in the Philippines nga! Sh*t! #cebupacific #cebupacificbadservice #magnanakaw #worstairporttalaga
Update: I called #cebupac yesterday and they said wala pa daw update. I called them again today, they said na wala padin daw update. So ano to? #WTF

to be fair to cebu pac, it may not be entirely their fault, hinde naman yan first time nangyari sa mga mga airport, kay Korina nga dati sa PAL pa mga LV luggage niya na-slashed pa at ninakawan yata

Same thing happened to me long time ago sa Malaysian airlines I lost my check in bag they paid $25/kg plust I got another $1500 from my insurance.. good thing is mga daing na isda at some filipino foods lang ang laman non pabalik na kasi ako sa work that time.

These things happen in other airlines as well and not just cebu pacific. I recently got a lecture from my Kuya on how I should invest in hard side luggage. One of his zippered luggage was opened too in the past. You will be compensated naman as long as you report it before leaving the airport.

November 27th, 2014 02:25 AM #219Treat CebuPac like a Bus service in the air.
Do not expect much and you will not be dissappointed.

You get what you pay for, ika nga.
Dont expect luxury when you pay for no frills (in this example... you dont use the airline tube, you use the AIRLINE BUS and the STAIRS).
For me, I'd rather pay extra for convenience. Especially when you travel with a frisky daughter and a super senior citizen. Have you seen how CebPac treats their wheelchair-bound clients during departure and arrival? Appalling
