I just spoke to my parents today, they had their flight also from Gensan to Cebu through Cebu Pacific and experienced a 1 hour delayed. Good thing they are not in a hurry, yun nga lang ang brod and sis ko na sumundo natagalan sa paghintay.

apart from signing a paper, read the fine lines the somewhere it would be written there that the plane company will not be held liable in any event or circumstances that failure to comply with the specifications of the flight, the reason would always be that the plane is loaded and passengers safety is concern.

heres what you have done to counter / and heres a proper way of what had happened to avoid any collision
    1. cebu pac must inform you prior to any delay on the baggage, and they really should deliver the baggage to you as an SOP, you could demand on this in writing

    2. no refund could be reimburse, however you could express this regard to the head of cebu pac like i said through writing

    3. if there would be no avail, gather every evidence of what they did and expose them to media=), like this rant, however not all could see this

however for flight delays, sometimes the plane company is really not held liable, beacuse of weather condition, plane maintenance, plane inspection, runway traffic

    easy people!

when there was no cebu pac, we have to wake up at 2am, for a 5am flight to tacloban or bacolod...

now, 830 am flight is possible.. with PAL no choice kami, kahit i-delay ang 2pm flight to 1030pm schedule...

am not a frequent flyer anymore, but just today, I bought 2 pcs of 500-peso die-cast planes on my flight here from bacolod, pa-ipik sa mga kids, which PAL does not have err nothing to offer, built-in sa fare mo ang 2-peso ma juice, and CP sells it at 50 kung maarte kang talaga, to quinch your thirst on a 1hr flight.

look asan na ang airline na nag-offer ng hot meal on a flight to davao? may hot meal ka nga, so-so naman ang maintenance ng aircraft kaya kung hindi, delayed, cancelled - which eventually, na-bankropt na.
