Baka may naka experience na din ng case ko. Victim of rentangay and malabo na marecover yung unit. Filed na din sa HPG at may copy naman kami na hawak as evidence na finile. Currently no capacity to pay yung monthly ng car na natangay and nagpasalin salin na kami sa iba ibang collection agency. Ang ginagawa namin is pinapasa naman ulit yung docs na hawak namin as proof na naka file as rentangay and we express na we will surrender the unit pag na recover na.

Anu pa ba yung dapat namin gawin? Umbot na kasi sa 2M yung last na sinend samin ng bank lumobo na dahil sa charges pandemic pa kasi ngyari. Salamat po sa magsasagot

as i vaguely recall now,
there was a spate of similar scams a few years ago.
and as the vehicles were used commercially but did not carry the requisite commercial-type insurance...

Thank you mga sir sa pagsagot. My insurance pa that time yung car nung natangay unfortunately di kaagad na ifile ang claim and umabot na sa ilang taon now na 1st year of ins nalang ang nabayaran. I know po I cant just ignore it kasi i have obligations to pay kay bank but in my case na wala pang capacity what else can we negotiate sa kanila?
