I have a couple of questions:
1. I'm confused, is the other party a motorcycle (MC) or a bicycle?
2. If I understood correctly, the MC or bicycle came from an inner lane of the perpendicular street when suddenly, he switched to your lane as you're concluding your right turn at the outer lane, causing the collision?
