I really dont post kasi I just enjoy reading all infos i got here pero I just want to warn everyone or anybody na gusto magrent sa California Garden Square sa Libertad St. Mandaluyong na if you have a ride don't get a unit there kasi wala na parking slot. Sobrang hirap ng parking tapos pag nandun ka and wala ka parking slot you can only stay sa gilid ng building for 30mins or if you want leave mo ng naka on yung hazard ng sasakyan. I almost don't go home there anymore kasi wala ng parking nakikitulog na lang muna ako sa house ng parents ko. Kanina pagdating ko dun sabi ko sa guard sandali lang ako kakain lang saka ligo pero the guards treated me as if i dont live there. Anyways my point lang is if you ever thinking of getting a unit there just don't until you can get a guaranteed parking slot or else you'll be like me a visitor to my own home.

minsan dipende sa type of unit that you buy on whether they can sell you a parking slot as well. dunno about jan, but sa eastwood park view, if studio yung kinuha mo, they won't sell you a parking slot. if 1 bedroom, one slot pwede ibenta sayo, nothing more. if 2 bedroom unit naman, pwede 2 slots.

I shouldn't say this (because I'm in the real estate business) pero do not under any circumstances rent or buy sa California Garden Square. Sometimes even sa lobby. That probably explains the very low rent. 15T for a 3 bedroom unit!

Muntik na kami nag rent dyan last year, but dahil nga walang parking, di na namin tinuloy... For unit buyers, that's unfair to not have available slots... Diba dapat may allocation 1 per unit at the minimum?

Marketing wise, pangit yata nun.

The admin here is indifferent towards sa mga residents, and their plumbing really sucks, parating sira ang flush and aayusin ng maintenance then after a month sira na naman, whew. So if you are planning to buy a condo, these are the warnings: 1. If your 6 feet tall and above, forget it, very low ceiling 2. If you have a car, have an additional 650k for the parking and sana meron pang available, kasi last time i inquired konting konti na lang daw. 3. Always be prepared sa plumbing problems, like overflowing toilet bowls, substandard showers etc., I have friends here and we share the same sentiments. 4. Always triple lock your door, a lot of lootings happen here, lalo na ngayon puwede mag park ang outsiders sa hennesy.Good luck.

if you'll be getting a unit sa mandaluyong, don't get sa california gardens square. mare recommend ko is sa Pioneer mandaluyong, likod ng Robinsons Pioneer...newly constructed condos, walking distance sa mall and sa MRT Boni Station. Robinsons ung developer.
