If it's true that he indeed cut the truck, then the truck driver should be scott free. It's not his fault that a now-dead-idiot cut him and got run over
.
daan. tapos ung fx sinide-swipe/or naside-swipe accidentally nya
ung mc rider.

and malaking mali dun ung mc rider ki-nat pala nya ung truck alanganin.
ka-katin mo truck or suv, puv, etc talagang wala kang laban kung naka

aral: never cut a big or small vehicle so close to you if you are
only a mc rider. lalo nat pag napa close mo sa harap ng vehicle.

another one: NEVER Cut or OVERTAKE a vehicle, kung meron isa
pang vehicle AHEAD of YOU or INFRONT of you na (MALAPIT)
sa iyo(mc rider). kasi pag nagbreak or nag SLOW DOWN ung VEHICLE
ikaw ung MC rider.

dangerous situation scenario: High Speed Chase Passing of a mc rider
(mc rider possibly dead meat)
:car:>>>>>>>>:bike: :car:
biker could get sandwich and crush on both vehicles.

what bothers me is the reaction of some people here....

instead of expressing how grossed out you are, and posting vommit graphics, maybe you should be more sympathetic to the poor guy who DIED.

eh kung tatay, kapatid, or anak niyo yan (God forbid)?

pls, let us show respect to the dead.......kawawa talaga siya, i am sure he and his family wished they owned a car, so this would not have happened, they probably cant afford one...i just really feel sorry for him and his family...

peace!

The posters are just reacting to the pictures. They don't really know the person and violent death has sadly become commonplace.

I believe lahat naman dito ay nirerespecto yung namayapa. Most of the replies ay condolences for him and his family. Ako nga ang una kong reaction galit sa FX driver and hoped for justice pero when I read the whole story turns out isa pala siyang pasaway na motorista. He had it coming.

Second, these are just reminders how fragile we are and that we should respect and look out for the safety of each other, whether rider, cager, commuter, or pedestrian. My 2 cents.

I agree with this one...

I also used to think of it this way however, it happens that it's not because you're already at either the side of the road or Lane means you're already safe, the fact that you are lane-splitting (though lane splitting is safe in some respect to prevent collision in medium to heavy traffic) reduces the motorcycle's visibility to other road users same with being on the road sides than running at the middle of the road/lane, causing incidences like motorcyclists getting sideswiped by other vehicles because they were not seen and when the motorcyclists are lane splitting on a high-speed traffic (it confuses the other motorist as to identifying which lane the motorcycle is going to take or if not if the motorcycle is on the side of the road, same thing happens, it's presence is being reduced to other motorists having these motorbikes sideswiped, I'd say ride motorcycles as if it's a car on high speed traffic, a motorcycle is also a vehicle and I reckon that it also has a right to occupy a lane space as big as a car can occupy, just my two cents...

naidentify kaya yung tao? kawawa naman. what a horrifying way to do. pati family niya sigurado grabe sama ng loob.

I don’t think buhay pa siya after that. Kaya whole body niya nagulungan. Trucks have one tire sa front on either side so maari buhay pa siya after ma roll over sa unahan, pero pagdaan ng 4rear tires, doon na siya natuluyan. I don't think mangled is the right description, more like pulverized. If that’s how it happened, makes one wonder na mabilis din ang truck.

This is OT pero happened to me in C5. I was going home some weeks ago kakalabas ko ng market market bound to slex (12 am). Thank God for ABS.

Death zone talaga yan C5 kaya sabi ko before triple ingat diyan.. ngayon 100x kayo ingat diyan.

OMG. :puke: i know this thread goes years back... sorry wasn't here when this happened and wasn't a member pa until recently. antapang nung nagkuha ng pics. if i saw this personally i would really throw up.

i felt really sorry for the poor guy at first. but after reading through they guy's profile... i can only say that this should really be a fair warning for all motorists, in 1, 2, 4, or 8 wheelers to be responsible drivers. we may either be victims, or be the culprits any given day.

who would want to end up diced meat?

Sharing…this came from a friend….

Subject: Very Dangerous Incident at C5 - Along
Maharlika Highway in Taguig

Very serious and dangerous incident at C5:

Last night at around
7 pm, my son Anthony and his family (his wife, 2 children and their yaya), were on their way home coming from our house in Alabang. After passing through the Tollway exit in C5 coming from SLEX, at a distance of about 100 meters, all of them insid e the car heard a loud sound coupled with white smoke. Alas! it was a horrifying scene seeing Yaya Virgie's head oozing with blood continouosly. She was covered w/ her own blood.

A stray bullet hit the rear glass of the car and it hit her at the back of her head. (It was only this morning, upon searching for the bullet's slug they found in the car's ceiling stucked between it and the car's roof. It was from a caliber 45 bullet.) As expected, my grandson Inigo who was being held by his yaya at that time and my grandaughter Aliya were all trembling in fear, shouting and in panic. They were all seated at the back passengers seat.

Anthony stopped his car and asked some people nearby (a tanod came over) where the nearest hospital is. At this juncture, a man riding a motorcyle came to inform the tano d and my son that there's a shooting spree going few meters after the toll exit.

Yaya was rushed by Anthony to
Medical City fearing that she may be fighting for her precious life, sent to the trauma center, put into s CT Scan and results showed a big, deep wound in the scalp at the back area of her head.

The Taguig police came over the hospital and conducted an interview (?) and left..

The above incident and other horror sto ries in C5 will serve as a lesson to us not to pass through this highway again. Some gun-totting residents there feel that they are free to fire their guns whenever they feel doing so. Even the guards in
Medical City informed us that most of the taxi drivers are wary in accepting pa ssengers whose destination is the Maharlika highway in Taguig (I think this is the long stretch of road to the tollway after Market Market).

Suggest that never to use C5 again at night time, even at daytime (you see a lot of people there crossing the street), some throw stones (from nowhere near the roadside and worst, from the overpass) and at times throw spikes on the road causing flat tires on passing cars and eventually of course they are forced to stop and held up.

Thank God, my family is safe including our trusted yaya Virgie.

You may forward this to your loved ones ..
