    yang bus driver na yan akala siguro nya ikakadagdag pagkalalake nya yung ginawa nya. Gwapong gwapo yan sa sarili nya pagkatapos nyang gawin yan. Pero sigurado kapag nakaaksidente at ininterview sa tv, parang maamong tupang magsosorry.

    standard na yang beating the red light na yan. Hindi uncommon sight. Kadalasan magtataka pa yang mga yan kung bakit hindi ka pa umaandar sa red light kasi wala naman daw nang dadaan. Pakonte na ng pakonte ang sumusunod sa red light. basta mukhang wala nang dadaan, sige sa andar. Hanep sa disiplina.

    Good thing na marami na ang CCTVs and dash cams to document these stupid drivers, both PUV and private. At sana matuloy na rin ang no-contact apprehension ng MMDA and LGUs. If tamad ang enforcers manghabol, tingnan na lang nila ang cctvs.
    Next step sana is strict driving tests ng LTO para walang lisensya ang bagsak. Pero simple na license card or sticker nga wala ang LTO.

    sa PUV siguro aandar yan no contact apprehension kase may malaki naka imprenta plate number sa taas nila...

    pero sa private na may improvised conduction plate at plate protector tulad nito, kahit ano linaw ng CCTV di mababasa yan

    but i think cancellation of license is too much. i'll settle for a one to three year suspension. and if he repeats, then i'd cancel completely.

    To our beloved bus drivers, people don't want to spend their xmas in the hospital or in the morgue...


    A Dominion and PARTAS buses head on collision when PARTAS bus overtook with out checking incoming traffic. La Union. 2 dead.
