public transportation should be regularly salaried workers so they don't keep causing traffic and accidents...
in some countries, public transportation is government maintained. so when they go on strike, they actually keep running their operations while not charging commuters causing the government to lose money...

Bigay ng bigay lang sila ng franchise if fit to go ang isang sasakyan for public transportation.
