bright HIDS and arrogant drivers

Question lang: Why is it that when some drivers park temporarily, they tend to switch to high beam? What is the purpose of this? Is this to spite other drivers who are driving, while they are away from the car for a while?

Also, marami na talagang bastos na drivers... I've noticed this: a few years ago I encounter people who have their headlights on high beam occasionally. A little signal, and they immediately switch to low beam.

Ngayon, I encounter them almost every night. The others won't even switch to low beam.

Goes to show what sort of breeding is taking over this country.
