The cop giving statements in this video was on Anthony Taberna's tv program yesterday blaming the Asian Hospital for releasing the suspect. According to him, hospital security should've prevented the suspect from leaving. But the question is, why did HIS guys leave the suspect alone?

ang pagkakasabi naman ni gen. espina, yung mga bantay na pulis, nasa labas lang at hinayaan nila (mga doctor) na asikasuhin at attend-an yung pasyente.
walang pulis-patola na bantay sa pinto nung room ni lolo mustang.

Watching the very limited CCTV video, seems the sports car was traveling at an insane speed. Kahit nabundol na niya yung Advie, parang wala namang naging noticeable deceleration. Yung Montero din, seeing the mishap ahead mukhang wala ring gaanong effort to brake talaga. Siguro inisip nya na mag-accelerate instead para lagpasan yung aksidente. Unfortunately lang eh tumilapon yung Advie driver in his path. Seems no one was driving defensively at that time, since not clear din if the Adventure was stopped ba at that point or crawling along.

bakit kaya sobrang limited ng vid na nilabas? di rin nakita kung nag swerve ba si advie (to right) to give way kay monty. however fault pa din ni baldwin. pedal to metal ang takbuhan niya eh.

From the video, the Adventure was already travelling in a straight line and was centered in the lane when the Mustang hit it.

It looked like the monty even accelerated, so iba rin yun defensive mechanism nun driver ng monty imbes stepping on the brakes gas pedal pa ang diniin. And parang may ample space for him to stop.

Maybe he got rattled by what's happening and stepped on the gas instead of the brakes.
