Hey afrasay, problem solved chief. I sent you his mobile through pm. Spoke with him a minute ago and he sounds good to me. Told him you were my friend and that I forwarded his number to you. This is what he is requesting . Picture of the damaged portion, plus estimate from your repair shop. He will then ask somebody to pick up the documents from you and he is asking for 2-3 days before you can pick up the cheque. Tip on the picture, stand beside the vehicle and point to the damage plus the plate number will have to be seen.

You are right, he sounds old. I will not post his name here anymore so as not to add any flame. He was very cooperative while we were talking.
