Hi apex_i, I suggest that you list down and post here your demands as against what they are offering now and before. This way the tsikoteers can easily monitor that this will be resolved in a fair manner. A lot of tsikoteers are interested in your case in the name fairness. And I'm certain that they are monitoring the progress of your case. I'm sure that the other party is also watching this thread, and if they see that the interest of the tsikoteers have died down, then he may hoodwink you.
