BGC really Camera Friendly?

Happy to see that the folks at BGC acted upon this quickly.

I like shooting in BGC at night because it's vast, empty, safe, and near our house. Not many urban places where I can prop my tripod on a sidewalk and not have it snatched.

i was thinking more along the lines of social media/going viral:

- guy goes out, takes a random pic at BGC, posts on FB/Twitter
- friends see pic, find out it's in BGC, goes there(not just to take more random pics)

By the nature of it, i don't think you can get a permit in advance.

Anyways, they've clarified so phone/point-and-shoot/DSLR cameras are ok; just hope the guards know this too.
