Kaya when buying 2nd hand cars always assume na flooded ito.

Unless personally kakilala mo owner and alam mo history ng car.

In-laws ko looking for a 2nd hand car since limited budget, andami namin pinuntahan.

Still red flag pa din yun diba?

Was the car of the friend damaged in the flood (as in electronics, electricals, etc were damaged and the car wouldn't start and required a full disassembly and repair)? Up to where was the interior soaked?

Anyway, buyer beware really when buying a second hand.

Sir Vinj, interior was soaked up to the lower part of the dashboard, inabot yung head unit. Owner did not attempt to start it, disconnected the battery right away. She had it towed to Citimotors Makati. After a couple of days, casa/insurance called to declare total loss.
