Speaking of new drivers, I know of 2 persons already that were taught/advised by their driving instructors to stay at the leftmost lane of SLEX (regardless of speed). The instructors' logic was that at the leftmost lane, there is only small chance that you will encounter a slower vehicle that you have to overtake and you just have the right side to watch out for.

cguro nga ito ang 'in' na mods sa mga bagong young driver na can afford to have a brand new car.
pero for most of us here in tsikot na well informed and normally will seek for opinion regarding the latest trend in mods, hindi lulusot to.

I saw that once on a Vios too. It's very distracting. What an idiot.

Speaking of a Vios with blinking tail lights, I just found one on my way home yesterday.

I don't find it dangerous nor annoying naman.

That is one hell of a stupid advise. By standard, the left most lane is for passing or for faster moving vehicles. Unless you can drive faster than everyone else all the time (which you can't due to the speed limit), hindi dapat mag-stay sa leftmost lane. Even if you can, you will still have to give way to anyone trying to pass you, which is not so different than having to overtake someone.

Any idea kung anong driving school ito sir? From this post, I am now starting to assume that most of these driving idiots nowadays are products of incompetent driving schools.

Come to think of it, wala sa aking tinuro about the passing lane when I was in driving school more than half a decade ago. Believe it or not dito ko lang sa forum napulot ang tamang paggamit ng passing lane. I recall I drove sa daang hari (which was still quite new at the time) all the while staying sa inner lane.

Yesterday sila esmi may client call, sumakay sa company car.

Pababa sila ng sumulong highway, yung driver gumagamit ng handbrake as the car descends downhill.

    Pinuna nung kasama niya.

Wait until you got one in front of you, at night, stucked in a traffic jam.
