It's not only bad but it's not following the rules of the road. Pedestrian has right of way kahit hindi pedXing. Yung mga motorbike and ibang gunggong na driver, pag sa intersection, dun sila sa pedestrian lane tumitigil.

para sa akin depends on the situation, pag nasa tamang tawiran ang pedestrian dapat talaga pag bigyan. pero pag mga jaywalking lalo na sa gitna ng edsa, c5 or commonwealth eh di ko masisisi mga ibang motorista kung di sila pag bigyan or ma hit and run pa.

mahirap yata ito, i know they only have the right of way sa pedXing... kase if not they be jay walking...

ako i respect the pedestrian lane, pero sorry minsan i can't stop for them kasi me naka tutok sa likod and my sudden deceleration may cause bigger problems...

Yup, they'll be jaywalking but that's another/seperate violation to the pedestrian. Whether it be a pedX lane or not, even if wala talaga sa lugar and pedestrian sa pagtawid, we have to give way to them if they force the issue an cross unless circumstances allow for us not to stop safely. Unfortunately with our laws, kahit sa gitna ng Skyway or NLEX makasagasa ng pedestrian, the burden is still on the driver of the vehicle to prove to the courts (if any case is filed) that he took all necessary precautions and maneuvers to avoid that pedestrian. CMIIW.

Agree with you on this sir,kaya nga na post ko noon na very unfair ang mga batas natin about accident cause by pedestrian or yun mga bumangga sa isang car pero dead yun bumangga,so may kaso na homicide yun pobreng nabangga,everything should be place in proper perspective

Nagbababad sa overtaking lane sa nlex while crusing at the speed of 80-90kph. Kaya ako hindi ko na siya iniilawan na brigth ligth. Inoovertakan ko nalang sa 2nd lane. Naka rekta ka na sayang ang apak sa gas. . .

Yesterday, while crossing at northgate ave on my way to bellevue. A black civic fd honk his horn on me while passing in the pedxing. I stop and pointed on the pedxing.

The good thing he apologies (i assume) by raising his hand. Sana narealize niya mali ito.

Actually they do look, kapag sumasakay ako ng bus lagi naman tumitingin sa side mirror yung driver before coming out. Ang problema lang kapag nakita nilang maliit na sasakyan ang nasa likod, ilalabas nila yung bus ng walang paki kung tamaan yung sasakyan. Nagbigay lang sila kung malaki rin yung nasa likod o mukhang VIP.

I dont mind for city driving. What is more dangerous is along the highway because you're travelling at least 60km/h then all of a sudden a bus will swerve/cut from the shoulder.

yung ibang bus naman, style sa pag para na alangan ang posisyon para walang makauna or makadaan.

If you see a bus on the shoulder of the highway letting off passengers or if you're following a bus and approaching a known drop-off area, always be prepared to slow down and keep distance already.

Dapat kasi sa kanila back to square one. Drivers ed, tapos pakuhain ng lisensya with exam and all. Yung hindi dinaya na exam. Dun pa lang palagay ko andami nang mawawalang driver. Then again, di lang bus, dapat lahat ng PUV. Private, sabagay yun din, pero start with those with them big buses and sh1t for brains.

hehehe... Bigla ko naalala yung ungas na nakasabay ko dati sa LTO QC. Sabi nya sa proctor MC lang alam nya i drive pero nakikiusap sya na paki lagay na rin ng restriction 2 and 3 kasi magaaral na sya mag drive ng 4 wheels.


Barado sa proctor si pogi over the megaphone :rofl: dahil sa banat nya

Sabi nya sa proctor MC lang alam nya i drive pero nakikiusap sya na paki lagay na rin ng restriction 2 and 3 kasi magaaral na sya mag drive ng 4 wheels.
