Meron dati VIOS tumutok sa likod ko naka high beam. That was from EDSA-Kalayaan until Guadalupe bridge.
Doon sa Guadalupe bridge, I saw an opening in another lane, so I switched lanes. THEN when the VIOS passed me, I immediately went back to my old lane directly behind the VIOS.
Ako naman yung nag high beam. ABA! Yung pasahero ng VIOS sa harap ko biglang lumingon at tumingin sa akin. Tapos nag "Tsk, tsk, tsk" facial expression sila.
Since nagdusa ako ng high beam niya from Kalayaan until Guadalupe bridge, tinutukan ko siya until the Shaw underpass. At that point, I switched back to low beam.
Pero naka high beam pa rin yung VIOS.

Well, no such thing as a solid line there. Plus parang pang-3 cars lang ang forward distance na nakikita nila.

I was in caloocan earlier this morning and noticed traffic enforcers near monumento wearing an orang polo shirt and has "OCA" printed in those shirts. Are they legitimate traffic enforcers? or mga tao ni Oca Malapitan?

In SG, they have this broken lines in the intersection that tells you to slow down and give way to the other vehicles perpendicular to your lane upon reaching the intersection. Could we adapt it here? so that we will know who has the right of way when crossing intersection especially on minor roads without traffic light.

Agree! If we adapt any more schemes, traffic enforcers should be able to enforce them correctly para maging effective, or at the very least, malaman kung effective nga.

Natandaan ko lang kasi sir sa SG meron silang ganon. Kadalasan kasi pag mga minor roads nagkaka aksidente, hindi mo alam kung sino ba ang may right of way sa intersection lalo na pagmagkasalubong ang dalawang barumbadong drivers at intersection. Well, yan ang wala natin ang disiplina ng mga motorista but at least may sign naman nakalagay.
