August 6th, 2012 09:08 PM #71its not just about bigger fines. its about being implemented to public and private vehicles.
hirap kasi ang private lagi huhulihin kahit walang violation. yung bus, jeep and taxi driver bihira hulihin kahit sila cause ng traffic.
btw, may commission ang mga traffic enforcers for every ticket they write. about 30% of the fee is their commission.
higher fees = higher commission = more private vehicles apprehended
not to mention the same rate ng kotong

Bigger fines won't be of much use as long as enforcers are willing to accept bribes. Kahit 100,000 pesos pa yung multa, kung tatanggap naman ng singkwenta yung enforcer, wala rin.

^Yep, EDSA Guadalupe southbound on a workday morning. Very nice time to have a bus block off three lanes. Dryrun for MMDA's planned EDSA rehab na rin yan.

Is this the NOVA bus? Can't view the pictures sorry.
Those NOVA bus drivers are really fast, at one point nakita ko nakikipag habulan pa sa BMW X5.
Take note, yung NOVA bus pa ang nauna, yung BMW ang humahabol ... :D
