saw the accident in magallenes.. kakabanga pa lang ata nun kasi onti lang yung tao tska isang pulis pa lang nandoon..
walang konsensya yung driver :/

Are we, the public, being held hostage by these a..holes, both the operators and drivers? Ano kayang parusa ang nararapat para sa mga ito? Dapat talaga cancelled licence ang mga offending drivers.

Bakit mas malala pa yung parusa na gusto mo sa driver? Kaya lang naman sila ganun, kasi yun yung way ng pag-cope nila sa matataas na boundary ng operator.

yung driver ang nakapatay at worst, tinakbuhan pa.

yung conductor din dapat firing squad kasi sya yung dapat na guide ng driver.

yung operator naman was not there and cannot do anything to stop their driver from killing someone. dapat namimili din ang operator ng driver which makes them also liable imho but to a lower extent.

after all these are done, wala na loko na bus drivers. clear na edsa, buhay pa operators so they can hire decent drivers and enforce rules.

bale wala kasi ang mga parusang binibigay. dapat ibahin ang sistema. kung parating ganyan, ano ang solusyon ang pupwede sa tingin niyo?

ako, gusto ko applicable sa lahat ng drivers, private or public.

1st offense: Php 5,000 ang multa
2nd offense: Php 10,000 ang multa at suspended for 1 month ang license + seminar
3rd offense: Php 20,000 ang multa, suspended for 3 months ang license + seminar
4th offense: License revokation

wala akong pakialam ke sabihin nila na magugutom pamilya namin etc etc. BS!!! eh yung nasagasaan niyo?! wala bang pamilya o binubuhay?!

yan eh, akin lamang opinion. ano po sa inyo?

Dapat kasama din yung Operator sa firing squad.

This morning on EDSA Buendia, may dalawang bus na nag sabitan sa two lane portion right before Buendia (under the Kalayaan flyover). Of course na stuck lahat ng kotse sa likod nila and it was a good thing i took the other divided lane on the left side of the road. In fairness, i saw the MMDA people running to the scene and they were really pissed at the two idiot buses. Lunes ba naman talaga.

I agree. We need bigger fines for offending drivers. Add to that, we also need better implementation. I would think the bigger fines should be a deterrent. Those who are too foolish to heed them should be made to pay. Include the operators as well.
