Nope, you've been had.
AFAIK, coding refers to ending numbers of plates only,
conduction sticker is not and cannot be used as a license plate.
Ergo, conduction stickers are not included.

Tama, vanity plates, i.e. 888888 & 777777, are the one which are supposedly exempted sa coding that is with regards to MMDA & LTO.
Special plates, i.e. 2/3-digit plates, GMA 100, LRM 99 are not exempted sa coding.
Yup tama, nowhere in the LTO website or any publication said na exempted ang mga ito sa coding.
o kaya mag-commute once a week, o hintayin ang 10-3 window kung di sa makati ang office?
Unless we see some statistics, baseless assumption yong lahat ng mga tao mahina ngayon ang dalawang sasakyan.
Dito naniniwala ako, logical na malaki ang difference ng odd/even sa color coding.
kasi sir, demokratiko po ang gobyerno natin. antayin na lang natin manalo si Lito Lapid sa makati.![]()
Here's an article posted at makti.gov.ph:
Vanity plates are “scandalous privilege” to the rich, not exempted from UVVRP in Makati-Binay

Private vehicles with vanity plates will not be exempted from the number-coding scheme in Makati.
Aside from aggravating Makati’s traffic condition, Makati Mayor Jejomar C. Binay slammed the exemptions to vanity plate owners as “a scandalous privilege given to the rich.”
“The LTO and the MMDA are sending the wrong signal that you can buy your way out of anything,” Binay said.
“Some of our national officials are fond of invoking the rule of law, and that the law exempts no one, whether rich or poor. But with the exemptions for vanity plate owners, what we are in effect saying is a person can be exempt from the law if he has the money,” he said.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Wednesday agreed to exempt vehicles with vanity plates from the unified vehicular volume reduction (UVVRP) scheme.
Binay said Makati has its own number-coding scheme which does not exempt vehicles with vanity plates. And while City Ordinance 2003-032 allows exemptions, Binay said the city government is not inclined to exempt vanity plate owners.
The Land Transportation Office (LTO) had said the issuance of vanity plates will generate P3.5 billion in revenues for the cash-strapped national government.
But Binay said the scheme was ill-conceived. “You may earn P3 billion, but at a greater cost to the general public and the economy,” he said.
Studies have shown that the UVVRP has reduced the number of vehicles on the road by 20 per cent. “Even with the UVVRP, Makati experiences traffic gridlock. While it is a fact of life in financial centers worldwide, traffic congestion does have an effect on productivity,” he said.
The exemption privilege may earn money for the government, “but it defeats the very essence and spirit of the law towards more efficient traffic management,” he said.
The Makati City passed Council Ordinance 2003-031 in 2003. Another ordinance, 2003-010, increases the number coding penalty from P300 to 500.
In my humble opinion, Lito Lapid might trigger the meltdown of Makati if ever he is installed. He doesn't have the intelligence (or say mental capacity) to run a city like Makati.
While I don't like Binay that much, I still prefer him over Lapid anytime of the day simply because businesses in Makati affect other businesses nationwide (that means i could be affected too or any of you for that matter). Ergo, it's a delicate thing to run and we need people with proven intelligence/wit and experience to handle such enormous task.
ang alam ko yung vanity plates dapat sa likod, hindi sa harap. weird, huh?
so i take it your cousin is not in the police justice group? hmm...galing talaga ng pinoy, basta may lusot, shoot!Originally Posted by fireblade
Some might say, we got strings of very intelligent/witty presidents, and look where it got us? And the regular rallies being held in Makati; the entirely different 'trafficking' practices; doesn't that affect businesses too? Or you mean it will get worse than this with Lito? Because it just feels like Binay would oppose anything that comes from the Palace, and that would have some effect too.
Let's hope somebody else with good character and sufficient intelligence would run for mayor in Makati. Di ba taga-Makati si Joker? Hehehe.
weird, di ba?![]()
i guess you'll just have to go on your way or run over the enforcer(joke!) until he see the back of your car![]()
