cant answer your Q.. wala akong kotse, and di ako member ng AAP..

but with wheelers, if ever matow ka ng MMDA coz nalate ang dating ng tow truck ng wheelers, pwede i-refund ang towing fee. (45 mins to 1hr ang alloted time)

cj, usually binibigyan ng MMDA ang WCI tow trucks ng 45 mins to 1 hr para i-tow ang car. Pag nalate ang WCI tow truck,(usually coz of traffic) at natow ang car mo ng MMDA.. pwede mo irefund sa WCI yung binayaran mo sa MMDA.

what is wci? walang patawad as in hahatakin ang sasakyan basta tinuro ng pulis. kund hindi mahila ang sasakyan dahil naka hand brake eh hahatakain nila patalikod. meaning ung puwet ng AUV ang naka-angat habang hinahatak... kaso kapag naka lock ang manibela at tipong hindi diretso ang gulong sa harapan.. cgurado sira na suspension systm mo.

btw nagtanong ako sa AAP, wala palang reimbursement kapag nauna ang MMDA tow truck na humatak. pasensyahan na lang daw.
