i think mas ok PMA sa wheelers....pero member ako wheelers when i realized that PMA is better. Yung isang car lang pina member ko for testing....sa PMA na yung iba if ever...

aap memeber ako, ok naman..so far... registration of vehicles sila na bahala pati renewal of driver's license...dito na rin ako nag request ng new plates, got them around P500+. and i think mabilis sila umaksyon, so far..sulit naman.
